Shipping Information

Please allow up to 7-14 business days to process and ship your order, though custom orders make take longer. I will be sure to always try to keep you informed.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. This may also apply during busy holiday seasons. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

For postal delays and missing packages, I will help provide contact information with the correct postal carrier. 

I am not responsible for import taxes, custom delays, or lost packages.

Returns & Exchanges

 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for items damaged upon arrival or incorrect items. I cannot give refunds for lost packages.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I cannot accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Perishable products (herbs, tinctures, oils, salves)
• Items broken due to misuse of product
• Used products
